About the role
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Events and Engagement team, delivering exceptional virtual and in-person events for our leadership community. Working closely with the Event Manager, you will ensure seamless event execution and memorable experiences for attendees and sponsors alike. This is a home-based role with travel to event locations across the UK, and it occasionally requires working outside regular hours to meet the demands of our dynamic events schedule.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing event engagement, coordinating logistics, preparing speakers, managing sponsor relationships, and streamlining event communications. You’ll also contribute to our thought leadership agenda by researching timely leadership topics and ensuring our events deliver value and impact.
What you’ll bring
To excel in this role, you’ll need experience in event coordination or similar. You’ll be a creative problem solver with enthusiasm for delivering flawless events. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate:

Excellent organisational and project management skills to keep events on track and within budget

Strong communication skills for engaging a range of stakeholders and audiences

The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, collaborating effectively

Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools and familiarity with virtual event platforms

Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when required and willingness to trave
