As a highly experienced strategic leader, we recommend Fellowship.

You're a confident leader and an expert in your field, who wants the credibility and recognition of being a Fellow. You also get the opportunity to share your knowledge and give back to the community. You are keen to use your skillset to inspire, challenge and support other leaders, whilst advocating our vision to 'inspire great leadership everywhere'.
Do you qualify?
To qualify you'll need to be a senior leader operating at a strategic level for a minimum of three years who wants to help others become successful leaders, plus 
  • EITHER hold a level 7 qualification (definition of levels) 
  • OR an Institute Approved programme
  • OR evidence your experience with 3 years of CPD 
  • OR a mapped military rank
Please note: For all qualification criteria, you will need to provide a sponsor who can validate your experience​​​.
