Community - First month free, then £100 per annum

Open to all – Come and join us!

You're passionate about developing your leadership capability but don't meet the professional membership criteria. You want to be part of a network of like-minded people and get to work on your leadership and management skills all in one place.

Should you wish to get professional recognition, you can upgrade to an Associate, by completing two dimensions of MyLeadership once enrolled.

Fees: First month free, and then £100 per annum (£8.33 per month)

 

Associate - First month free, then £150 per annum

Designed for new or aspiring managers who are at the start of their leadership journey

To qualify you'll need to be an enthusiastic manager who wants to further your skills and become a confident, dynamic leader, plus:

  • EITHER a minimum of level 3 qualification (definition of levels)
  • OR an Institute Approved programme
  • OR a mapped military rank
  • OR have been Managing teams/resources to positively deliver results for up to 1 year.

Alternatively, if you are a Community member you can upgrade to Associate level by completing and being certified in two dimensions of MyLeadership (one being Authenticity).

Post-nominals: AIoL

Fees: First month free, then £150 per annum (£12.50 per month)

 

Member - First month free, then £150 per annum

Designed for experienced managers who want to boost their leadership potential

To qualify you'll need to be an experienced professional, who wants to fine tune your skills and learn more from other great leaders, plus you'll need:

  • EITHER a minimum of a level 5 qualification (definition of levels)
  • OR have completed an Institute Approved programme
  • OR a mapped military rank
  • OR have been managing teams/resources at middle management level for a minimum of 1 year.

Alternatively, if you are an Associate you can upgrade to Member level by completing and being certified in, all five dimensions of MyLeadership.

Post-nominals: MIoL

Fees: First month free, then £150 per annum (£12.50 per month)

 

Fellowship - £175 per annum

Designed for highly experienced managers who are looking to share their knowledge to support the community

To qualify you'll need to be a senior leader operating at a strategic level for a minimum of three years, who wants to help others become successful leaders, plus:

  • EITHER hold a level 7 qualification (definition of levels)
  • OR an Institute Approved programme
  • OR evidence your experience with 3 years of CPD
  • OR a mapped military rank
  • For all qualification criteria, you will need to provide a sponsor who can validate your experience​​​​​​.
