Do you qualify?

To qualify you'll need to be an enthusiastic manager who wants to further your skills and become a confident, dynamic leader, plus

  •  EITHER a minimum of level 3 qualification (definition of levels)

  • OR an Institute Approved programme

  • OR a mapped military rank

  • OR have been Managing teams/resources to positively deliver results for up to 1 year.

Once you become an Associate member, you can upgrade to Member level by completing
(and being certified in) all five dimensions of MyLeadership.
