As a new leader or manager, we recommend Associate Membership.

You're an enthusiastic manager who wants to further your skills and become a confident, well-rounded leader. You want to be part of a network of like-minded people and get to work on your leadership and management skills - all in one place.
Do you qualify?
To qualify, you'll need to be a leader who has been managing teams/resources for up to 1 year. You could also qualify if you have EITHER a minimum of a Level 3 qualification (definition of levels), a mapped military rank OR you have completed/in the process of completing an Institute Approved programme.

Once you become an Associate member, you can upgrade to Member level by completing
(and being certified in) all five dimensions of MyLeadership.
