Fiona Hathorn is founder and managing director of Women on Boards UK (WOB), an organisation that supports women, and men, to make the right connections and career choices to get to board level within their own company, or to take on non-executive board roles.
Being an expert in the areas of governance, regulation and collaborative leadership training, Fiona is also a trustee of the charity Fight for Sight and advisor to the UK stockbroker Peel Hunt.
Fiona also co-founded Incito Ventures, a female-friendly, angel investment club and cares deeply about innovation, investment and effective leadership.
