Kate is also a conference keynote speaker, internationally, and provides expert commentary on a range of topics. She is regularly quoted in regional, national and international media, has appeared on both BBC television and radio, is a Forbes contributor and has a regular column in Dialogue Review, the business magazine for leaders.
Kate Williams
Kate Williams is head of membership programmes at Stonewall where she leads on delivering its Diversity Champions and Global Diversity Champions from over 850 organisations in the UK and internationally.
Prior to this, she was Head of Empowerment Programmes where she led the creation and delivery of Stonewall’s suite of personal and professional development programmes, aimed at empowering individuals to create more inclusive workplaces and communities.
In all Kate’s roles, in both the public and private sector, she has been driven by her passion to create positive change for LGBT people, particularly for those with intersecting identities and those from diverse communities.
