It's important that we find the right fit, so we've curated our recruitment process to ensure a good match.
What can I expect from the recruitment process?
We get to know our shortlisted candidates through a two-stage interview process. The first interview is conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and you will meet the recruiting manager and a member of our HR Team.
If you're successful, we'll invite you for a second-stage interview, in person (if possible). You will also be asked to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK.
We can't wait to meet you!
What types of questions will you be asked during the interview process?
Our hiring process is designed to showcase your unique skills and personality.
We'll ask you a series of competency-based questions that are aligned to both the role and our core values. We may request that you complete role-specific tasks, such as a skills assessment or a presentation.
When can I expect to hear back from you after applying?
While we receive a high volume of applications, rest assured that we review each one thoroughly. We are unable to respond to every individual applicant, however, we always strive to get in touch with shortlisted candidates as soon as possible following interviews.
If you would like feedback on your interview, please feel free to reach out to our friendly HR Team who will be more than happy to assist you.
