What is Institute Approved?
Two Levels of Accreditation
We offer two flexible options to meet your needs:
1. Institute Approved Programme
✔ Kitemark accreditation for your leadership programme.
✔ Includes Studying Membership for each participant, offering access to resources and leadership networks.
2. Institute Approved
✔ Kitemark accreditation only (without Studying Memberships).
✔ Ideal for organisations that want official recognition but do not require additional membership benefits.

Investment & Pricing
We offer flexible pricing based on your organisation's size:
The initial investment for the accreditation of your first programme is:

Small business (T/O below £25m) £ 1,500 +VAT

Medium business (T/O up to £500m) £ 2,000 +VAT
-
Large business (T/O over £500m) £ 3,000 +VAT
Where included, studying membership is billed at £65 + VAT per learner.
If a leadership pathway is included, we will work with you to customise it to your needs and pricing may vary.
To accredit any additional programmes, there is a further fee of £500 + VAT per programme title.

- The learning supports demonstrable improved leadership practice
- Consideration is given to learner inclusivity and accessibility to support the learning needs of diverse groups

- The level of facilitation provided and the extent to which the development is self-directed are both clearly stated
