Working hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: Homeworking, UK. With travel to meetings and events as required.
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

About the role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing team to streamline and align workflows and be responsible for essential administrative and content-related tasks. The role requires a proactive and detail-orientated individual with strong digital marketing and organisational skills.
What you’ll do:
- Social media content: Support the Marketing team to develop and schedule engaging content across platforms to drive audience engagement.
- Email marketing: Create, schedule, and optimise email campaigns using DotDigital or similar platforms.
- Podcast coordination: Manage and execute our podcast, ensuring smooth communication with guests and timely episode releases.
- Competitor research: Conduct industry research to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Website and event pages: Maintain and update content to ensure accuracy and engagement.
- Proofreading and brand consistency: Review and refine consistently high-quality and accurate marketing collateral aligned to brand guidelines.
- Marketing team support: Support the team with content coordination, asset management and production.
What you’ll bring:
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., DotDigital, Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with social media management and engagement strategies.
- Research skills and ability to extract key insights.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling additional duties.
- Willingness to travel.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience in non-profit, membership, or leadership development sectors.
- Knowledge of CMS and SEO principles.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
- Familiarity with design apps such as Canva and basic video editing skills.
- Understanding of GDPR/PECR regulations.
