Title: Corporate Sales Growth Specialist
Contract term: Permanent
Working hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: Homeworking, UK. With travel to meetings and events as required.
Salary: Circa £40,000 basic, with potential to earn up to £8,000 in commission (OTE £48,000 )

The Institute of Leadership is looking for a Corporate Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic Business Development team. This is a pivotal role in expanding our corporate membership base and promoting our award-winning leadership products.

What You’ll Do
As our new Corporate Sales Growth Specialist, you will:

Drive growth by identifying and converting corporate membership and product sales opportunities

Manage the full B2B sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals

Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision makers and corporate clients

Represent the Institute at industry events and networking functions
-
Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless, high-value client experience

Use data and CRM insights to inform and refine sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Proven experience in B2B or corporate membership sales

A confident, consultative sales style and ability to present at senior levels

Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen
-
A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently

CRM proficiency and a data-informed approach to sales

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in leadership development or professional services

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
-
A UK driving licence (for occasional travel to events and client meetings)
