What our Fellows think.

I am so proud of my fellowship. I wanted a recognisable membership that reflected the challenges in leadership I had faced before becoming an executive coach, something that reflected my experience to prospective clients at a glance. The Institute is highly valued by my clients and so it made sense that I should apply to join. I am honoured to be a member and thankful for the support I have received.

- Rebecca Mander FIoL, Executive Coach , Guru You

Without doubt, the greatest aspect of being a Fellow of The Institute is the power of connection to other Fellows around the world, who are shaping the future of work.

- Samie Al-Achrafi FIoL, Marmalade Fish

Being a member of The Institute of Leadership means much more to me than a certificate and post-nominal letters, although those are helpful indicators to clients that I am investing in knowledge and skills that will benefit them. I am a better leader for my membership, and a more reflective practitioner.

- Cathi Shovlin FIoL, Founder, Human Revolutions

Joining The Institute brought me into contact with other leaders and managers across the community, and their tools and platforms enable Fellows to support the development of the Associates and Members by sharing and mentoring. I also believe that leadership and management skills are nurtured and continuously developed regardless of our professional seniority, and the resources and research offered by The Institute help me to stay up-to-date and continue to grow as a leader.
