Marina Dzhashi is a lecturer and consultant in cross-cultural management.

Marina collaborates with Russia’s leading business schools and works with Russian and international companies on how to establish effective communication with potential international partners, focusing on how to avoid misunderstandings in cross-cultural contexts.

She is the creator of a radio program on cross-cultural communication, ‘International business ethics’, in which she talks to her guests about their experiences of living, working and doing business internationally.

Marina holds MAs in International Journalism and Business Psychology and an MBA.
