Aisha K. Al Suwaidi is executive director of human resources, Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, Dubai. Here, she has designed the HR policy structure for key initiatives and advised leaders and managers on how to develop a sustainable internal and external capability. Aisha has extensive experience of advising the public and private sectors as well, as international bodies, in areas of public policy (social and human resources polices). She believes it is crucial to share her knowledge and leadership skills with other organisations to create sustainable human capital development, a challenging national task in the UAE that Aisha is proud to be a part of it.
