Steeped in over 900 years of history, Warwick Castle offers a stunning backdrop for an evening of inspiration, connection, and celebration.
From 6:30pm - 10:00pm, immerse yourself in the historical grandeur of Warwick Castle, as you indulge in drinks and canapés, engage with guest speakers and seize the opportunity to expand your professional network within our community.
Join us in the castle’s historic halls and beautiful grounds to celebrate the strength and spirit of our membership community.
This event will be allocated via a prize draw. The entry form will open on Tuesday, 1st July and close on Thursday, 31st July. Winners will be notified by email on Monday, 1st September, and will be asked to confirm or decline their invitation.
Please note: if we do not receive confirmation by Thursday, 4th September, your place will be offered to another guest on the waiting list.
If you haven’t received an invitation by Monday, 8th September, unfortunately, you have not been selected this time — but we’d love to welcome you to one of our future events.

Terms & Conditions
- Tickets to the Warwick Castle reception will be provided complimentary for 150 members.
- Travel and accommodation expenses will not be covered.
- Exclusive access to this event is reserved for members only.
- Only one entry per member will be valid.
- The winners will be picked at random utilising an online random name picker.
- If you attempt entry to the venue without an invitation you will be refused entry.
- Invalid entries will not be submitted to the prize draw.
- A professional videographer will be present at the event. By attending, you consent to be photographed.
- We want to make the visit enjoyable for everyone, if you have any additional accessibility requirements please detail these in your prize draw form, this will not affect your prize draw application and we may be in touch with you to make sure we accommodate your requests.
