Monthly Masterclass with Kul Verma

How leaders can release diverse talent

Releasing the Talent of minorities and women requires a working culture where individuals from diverse backgrounds have an equitable opportunity to contribute and excel fully.
Research (Women in the Workplace, Mckinsey, 2022; Verma 2015) shows that systemic barriers and biases often prevent these groups from realising their full potential.
In this session, we aim to examine what needs to change and how organisations can unlock the human capital they possess and build a truly inclusive organisation. The session will explore:
  1. What are inclusive cultures and why do Equality Diversity and Inclusion matter?
  2. How to improve the representation of minority groups.
  3. Imposter Syndrome and how this affects minority groups.
  4. Some tips on moving forward.
A Q&A session will follow a short presentation
