Dr. Declan Woods is an internationally renowned expert in leadership transformation, working with global corporations and public sector bodies.
He is the CEO of teamGenie, an international venture focused on designing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. Declan is also the creator of the award-winning diagnostic tool teamSalient, which helps teams significantly boost their impact.
As the world’s first Master Team Coach accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) and a Chartered Psychologist, Declan set the industry standard for team coaching and was honoured as a life Fellow for his contributions to coaching worldwide. He also serves as Professor of Leadership Practice at King’s College London and is a member of the Advisory Board for Harvard Business Review.
