With that in mind, we’re reflecting on our flagship event, Leadership Live 2025, and the standout moments and powerful conversations that came with it.
An unforgettable leadership experience
Held at the Hilton London Wembley, this year marked the third instalment of Leadership Live. The event brought together leaders from all industries, levels, and backgrounds for an energising day of growth and learning.
This year’s event was packed with insightful keynote speakers, hands-on leadership workshops, and plenty of opportunities to connect with our growing community. Attendees left feeling motivated, empowered, and ready to take on the challenges of modern leadership.
It was an incredibly professional, thought-provoking, and energising event… truly one of the best conferences I’ve attended in a long time.
The speakers were outstanding, the content was highly relevant, and the overall experience created the perfect environment to reflect, connect, and grow as a leader (and as a custodian of leadership development at Currys).
LL25 featured 17 remarkable guest speakers who shared insights to awaken your inner lion, present with confidence, and prioritise team wellness for enhanced performance.

Leadership brought to life: High-impact keynotes & workshops
Our expert keynote speakers came from all walks of life, each bringing their own unique perspectives and experiences to Leadership Live 2025. With high-performance demands facing teams everywhere, it falls to us as leaders to ease pressure and foster workplace cultures where both people and business thrive. Our keynote speakers and workshop leaders shared transformative and practical insights to reshape how we approach leadership.
After a morning of keynotes and a hearty lunch provided by the brilliant team at Hilton London Wembley, our attendees (including The Institute’s team members) and speakers broke out into workshops. This year, we were proud to offer a range of nine workshops, ensuring everyone could find something relevant to them.
Workshops covered everything from recognising burnout, to managing a selfish leader, mastering the art of presenting, whether on stage or in your weekly team meeting, and even harnessing the power of breathwork as a grounding and uplifting tool.
