With experience as a charity Chair, he brings strong governance, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to help the Institute grow, innovate and inspire leadership everywhere.
As Chair of our Risk and Finance Committee, Andrew brings expertise in finance, business analysis and organisational performance, alongside a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Following a previous commission in the RAF Volunteer Reserve, Andrew remains actively involved within the armed forces community and public service networks.

With a background spanning education, healthcare, and entrepreneurship, she brings practical insight and a people-first approach to supporting The Institute's mission.
Michael is an experienced leader with expertise in leading digital transformation, organisational change and strategic planning across the public and healthcare sectors. Alongside his work as an author, coach and speaker, he brings a thoughtful approach to developing leaders and fostering leadership development within organisations.
Sarah is an experienced senior business leader with expertise in internal business operations and corporate governance. A passionate advocate for learning and development, she is committed to helping individuals and teams maximise their potential, combining strategic thinking with a people-centred approach.
Hannah Mitchell

Hannah brings financial leadership, strategic insight and a track record of improving performance and effectiveness. As well as being a champion for digital innovation, Hannah helps the Institute deliver real value for every member, caring deeply about developing people and teams.
