What is Lead & Learn Week?
Lead & Learn Week 2026 is a week-long initiative brought to you by The Institute of Leadership, bringing together our community with industry experts and partners to explore the biggest leadership challenges facing organisations today.
We exist in a rapidly changing world of work where organisations must adapt, innovate and support their people more effectively than ever before.

2026 Focus: Effective Workplace Learning
We're bringing workplace learning into the spotlight. At its core, this year's focus is on one simple idea: learning is not a separate activity from work. It is the foundation of great leadership and sustained performance.
Across the week, we'll explore how workplace learning shapes stronger leaders, better teams and more effective organisations.
