Lauren Neal is the Founder of Valued at Work, a consultancy dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace cultures in male-dominated sectors. With nearly two decades of experience as an engineer and project manager in the global energy sector, Lauren combines her technical expertise with a passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

A Chartered Engineer and project manager through the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Association of Project Management (APM), Lauren is a sought-after speaker and author. Her recent book, Valued at Work, has earned widespread acclaim as a finalist for the 2024 Business Book Awards and our own awards The Leadership Awards 2024.
