Making space for the conversations that matter

You'll also hear from Peter Griffiths OBE, who brings more than 40 years of leadership experience in financial services. Having served as Chief Executive of Principality Building Society and Sainsbury's Bank, and now Chair of Connells Group, Peter has led organisations through periods of change, growth and transformation.

Drawing on his own experiences, Peter will share insights into navigating difficult decisions, building trust during periods of uncertainty and the lessons we can take into our own leadership journeys.

Leadership is better when we learn together

The best insights don't always come from a book or a boardroom. Sometimes, an honest conversation over coffee can help us see a challenge differently, spark a new idea or remind us that we're not alone in figuring things out.
