Leadership Grant Fund
Funding the future of leadership in the UK's charity sector
At The Institute of Leadership, we believe great leadership doesn’t just strengthen teams - it changes lives. That’s why we invest in the people and organisations redefining what leadership can achieve across the UK’s charity and not-for-profit sectors.
Through our Leadership Project Grant Fund, we award up to £5,000 to help bold ideas take shape — projects that build leadership capability, spark collaboration, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
Because with the right support, great ideas don’t just grow - they create change that lasts.
