Kathryn Jellings is the Director of 3SC, a leading social enterprise delivering public services through SMEs and third sector organisations. With over 13 years at 3SC, Kathryn has led national programmes in employability, justice, and neurodiversity, driving innovation and impact across the UK. She is a Fellow of the IEP and was named one of the NatWest 100 Leading Women in Social Enterprise. Kathryn has been recognised for her work in employability, receiving an ERSA Award for best practice. Based in Cardiff, she’s also a proud mum of two boys.
Dr Khairunnisa Mohamedali has over ten years’ experience in organisational culture, innovation and human-centred design. A social scientist by training, she uses methodological rigour and a holistic systems approach to lead the design and delivery of experiences that have impact, embed learning, and change behaviours.
After getting her PhD, Khairunnisa worked in innovation, using ethnographic research, deep behavioural insights, and cutting-edge theories to design products, services and experiences for customers and employees, across industries. Curious by nature, collaborative at heart, and interdisciplinary by training, she is a published methodologist, selected as a Woman of the Future, and regularly presents sessions on issues relating to early careers and L&D at international conferences of industry experts.

Darrell McLennan Fordyce is the founder of FEED Leadership Consulting and is a passionate advocate for making leadership development a foundational part of every career journey - especially for those just starting out - so that high-performance and human-centred leadership becomes a shared standard, not a privilege.
With a career spanning the military, corporate and sporting worlds, Darrell brings a unique mix of experience, energy and empathy to the individuals and organisations he supports.
Before founding FEED, Darrell spent 12 years as a British Army officer, where he developed his leadership foundations both on operations and as a specialist instructor. He went on to hold senior roles in global organisations including telecoms giant Orange, international marketing group WPP and the global US sports league, the NBA. He has also led fast-growth start-ups in the consumer and finance sectors and delivered high-profile projects around the world, including Camel Trophy in Mongolia, the BT Global Challenge and America’s Cup in Bermuda.
As a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership, qualified coach, NLP practitioner and Associate of the Compassionate Leadership Academy, Darrell brings his commercial and leadership experience to design coaching and development programmes for clients and organisations from a range of sectors, such as The Professional Cricketers Association, HCA Healthcare and West Sussex NHS Trust to sports teams, senior executives and emerging leaders.
Dr. Declan Woods specialises in working with leadership teams in international blue-chip corporations and public sector bodies to transform their organisations.
He is the CEO of teamGenie, an international venture specialising in designing, coaching, and developing teams. Declan created the award-winning diagnostic tool, teamSalient, to help teams radically improve their impact.
He is the world’s first Master Team Coach accredited with the Association for Coaching, and a Chartered Psychologist. He also created the industry standard for team coaching and was made a life Fellow for improving coaching in organisations globally.
Alongside coaching, Declan is Professor of Leadership Practice at King's College London (KCL), and an Advisory Board Member of The Harvard Business Review (HBR).
Andy Duncan is the Client Delivery Director at teamGenie, a C-Suite Executive Coach, an AC accredited Master Team Coach, and specialist in developing leaders and teams to unlock their potential, through leadership development and team coaching activities.
Andy has broad and deep experience in building coaching cultures in organisations and successfully designed, systemised, embedded and scaled a team coaching programme and supporting culture within a large financial services organisation. He has a passion for supporting and driving change at an enterprise level, in service of building high levels of engagement and performance.
