We're delighted to share that The Institute is looking to point new Trustees as part of our Board renewal cycle. This is a major opportunity to take a leading role in the development of your Institute.
If you're an IoL Member, Fellow or Companion, then this role is open to you. We're particularly keen to hear from IoL Members, Fellows or Companions who bring strong financial insight and a commitment to values-led, ethical governance.
As a Trustee of The Institute of Leadership, you'll contribute to the strategic leadership, good governance, and long-term success of the organisation. This role is vital in ensuring we continue to operate effectively, ethically, and in line with our charitable purpose as a professional membership body.
As a Board Trustee, you'll play a key role in helping us expand our reach, innovate in our approach, and make a difference where it matters most. You'll also be part of an organisation that blends impact with innovation, ensuring that leaders at every level have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to shape a brighter future.
This is a voluntary role, elected by the wider membership, so we ask that any applicants are current members of The Institute of Leadership, and if elected, you would be required to remain a member for the duration of your appointment.
