Her training programs focus on giving employees the tools to stay resilient, make sense of organization changes, and manage transition while continuing to be productive and engaged.

Karthik Venkatakrishnan is a clinical pharmacologist and drug development scientist engaged in pharmaceutical research and development (R&D). As Vice President and Global Head of Quantitative Pharmacology at EMD Serono, Inc., Billerica, Massachusetts, he is accountable for leadership of Clinical Pharmacology, Translational Modeling and Simulation, and Pharmacometrics in support of global pharmaceutical R&D. Karthik is passionate about talent development, mentorship, and scientific writing. He enjoys engaging, learning from, co-creating with, enabling and empowering people with diverse technical, professional, geographical, and cultural backgrounds, anchored by purpose, trust, and gratitude as foundational tenets for professional success and personal fulfillment. 

Vice President and head of Clinical and Quantitative Pharmacology at Adagene Inc

Songmao (Ben) Zheng is a biopharmaceutical scientist with a track record of scientific publications and approved patents. As Vice President and head of Clinical and Quantitative Pharmacology at Adagene Inc., he leads model-informed drug discovery and development in both the preclinical and clinical space. Prior to this role, he was Scientific Director/Group Leader leading numerous biologics programs across therapeutic areas at Janssen BioTherapeutics, Janssen R&D. He has been actively involved in teaching/mentoring as Affiliate Associate Professor at the University of Washington and Courtesy Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Florida. Songmao was born in Chongqing, China, and is passionate about art, science, humanity, and nature in general.
