From Training to Capability: Why Learning Journeys Are the New Strategic Advantage

Are we as a society becoming less capable?
Organisations in the UK are facing rapidly growing capability gaps. In fact, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) found that since 2008, UK productivity has grown by just 0.3% a year - one of the weakest rates in the developed world.
Despite heavy investment in training, many organisations still rely on one-off courses or workshops to solve deeper, structural capability challenges.
This month, we’re joined by Chris Singleton (Curriculum Specialist) and Sam Doo (Strategic Growth Partner) from The Executive Development Network. Together, they will share how you can transform traditional training into continuous learning journeys that build lasting capability and stronger performance.
