Part of International Leadership Week 2026

In-person breakfast and brunch networking events across the UK

#TogetherWeNetwork brings leaders together in welcoming, local settings for meaningful, face-to-face connection. Hosted by our Fellows, partners and IoL colleagues, these informal sessions are designed to strengthen professional networks and make leadership communities more accessible, no matter where you’re based.

We often hear, “You never do anything in my area.” This ILW26 initiative is our answer. With multiple locations nationwide and more to be announced soon, #TogetherWeNetwork creates opportunities to connect closer to home, while still being part of a wider leadership community.

#TogetherWeNetwork is a more informal way to bring leaders together, focused on working alongside one another, rather than structured networking.

Who can attend?

All members of The Institute of Leadership and non-members are welcome.

Yes, please insure you book you place for the event as there are limited spaces at each venue.

Laura works in our Business Development Team alongside Jerome. With extensive experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion across the UK, North America, LATAM, DACH, and Benelux regions, Laura brings a global perspective and deep commercial insight to her work. She is passionate about helping organisations unlock leadership potential and achieve lasting impact through meaningful partnerships.

John is our CEO, working closely with our Board and all the members of our team to support us in fulfilling our mission. He has worked in many leadership roles across the world and enjoys supporting other leaders to achieve their best. John did his MBA at Northumbria University, and spends most of his spare time running (slowly), reading, writing, and collecting antique Chinese Government bonds. Yes, really.
