As a counsellor in her spare time, Rachel is particularly enthusiastic about The IoL’s focus on self-awareness through the MyLeadership tool.
Mark Wilkinson is a multiple business owner, success coach, speaker, and published best-selling author of The Remixed Series.
A Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and a Chartered Member of IOSH, Mark brings extensive leadership experience from senior HSE roles on major infrastructure projects, including overseeing London Heathrow Airport's entire commercial construction portfolio.
In 2018, he founded his own Health and Safety consultancy, allowing him to focus on his property businesses whilst developing as a coach and speaker. Mark released his debut book Life Remixed in 2021, telling the story of his rollercoaster life as a DJ, how he lost everything, and how he remixed his life. Mark has since co-written ‘Money Remixed’ and ‘Personalities Remixed’, with ‘Love Remixed’ planned for release in February 2026.
