The Institute of Leadership and Management Acquires ABE Global
Today The Institute of Leadership and Management have announced a new chapter for the organisation with the acquisition of ABE Global. The acquisition was agreed by the boards of both parties and now ABE Global will become an independent subsidiary of The Institute of Leadership and Management group.
The acquisition will enable both organisations to accelerate growth and advance the delivery of charitable goals by benefiting from shared extensive expertise and strong reputations in complementary markets.
About ABE Global
ABE Global is a not-for-profit skills development specialist and Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation, established in 1973. Their mission is to empower people to transform their lives and communities through gaining high-quality business, management and entrepreneurial skills.

The acquisition is built on shared values, with ABE Global supporting The Institute’s drive to inspire great leadership by promoting and expanding economic opportunity through the provision of relevant, accessible and affordable business education.
