Get in touch todayI joined the institute when it was the ILM in 2008, it was basically a quarterly magazine and website access. When the institute split from the qualification body, a new leadership and team took over, it has really grown into a community of like minded people who are passionate about adding value and continued growth to the leadership domain.
To qualify for a professional grade (Associate, Member and Fellow) you need to meet certain criteria i.e. have management experience, military experience, have specific qualifications or have completed an Institute Approved programme.
We accept most forms of payment including Direct Debit, Credit Card, BACs or invoice.

A qualification is an award achieved after completing a programme or course that is regulated under the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
An accreditation is the validation or approval of a programme or course by an external body with professional expertise in the learning content.
The Institute of Leadership does not offer qualifications, however as an accrediting body with sector-specific expertise in leadership and management, courses accredited by The Institute of Leadership develop key competencies in leadership and management for professional development and career advancement.
